Keep these tips in mind when feeding a baby on the go:

* If the baby is formula-fed, take a long ready-to-use bottled formula or bottles of water and single-serving formula packets to mix with them. ( Remember to ask parents first, since ready-to-use formula is very expensive.)

* Store prepared bottles in an insulated container or in a plastic bag with a small ice pack.

* If the prepared formula or breast milk isn't cold to the touch when you take it out of the insulated bag, don't use it. ( It's fine to use unopened single servings that aren't cold ).
